Store Policy and Shipping Terms

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order is processed and handed to the carrier, the standard return process applies.

Returns for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned to our warehouse in its original condition (unused, in original packaging).

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Europe: Delivery typically takes 3 to 14 business days.

USA, Canada, Australia: Delivery typically takes 10 to 30 business days.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Tracking: All customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or national holidays.

3. Delivery Responsibility & Lost Packages

Carrier Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or customs clearance.

Lost Packages: In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Accuracy of Address: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

4. Return Conditions

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Customer Agreement


By placing an order on our store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Shipping and Refund conditions.

6. Import Duties & Taxes

EU Customers: For orders within the European Union, VAT is calculated and collected at checkout (OSS regime). There are no additional customs duties for EU-to-EU shipments.

Non-EU Customers: Customers outside the European Union (e.g., USA, Canada) may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
