1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) According to EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

2. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at airtouchdevice@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Conditions To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• Unused and in its original packaging.

• Includes all accessories, manuals, and documents.

• We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of use beyond a simple inspection (similar to what you would do in a physical store).

4. Return Shipping Costs As per our policy, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
