Refund Policy

  1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

According to EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the last item in your order.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.

  • Includes all accessories, manuals, and documents.

You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. However, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

If you withdraw from the contract within the 14-day withdrawal period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us).

  1. Return Deadline

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, you must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with this policy.
